Hi Al Baljeu here, born In The Netherlands , living in Sarnia Ontario Canada. Here's my 1973 TX750 Yamaha. This bike has been completely restored and a few mods done as well. It has the extended oil pan, shortened front fender (shortened on both the front and rear of the front fender), rear fender has also been shortened about 2 inches. Custom made exhaust pipes with the crossover tube eliminated to reduce heat from re-entering the engine, Dunstall type mufflers. I also added fork gaitors , to me it gives it a more period look. It has the short stalk signal lights on the rear (available from mikesxs). Rear tire is a AM26 110/90 VB18 Avon Road Runner. Front tire is a AM26 90/90 19 Avon Road Runner. Stainless steel spoke on front and rear wheels. Carbs are off a 1976 XS650 which are mechanically linked and have a single throttle cable to the throttle hand grip. Engine has been completely checked over, cases , jugs, head have been bead blasted. New Cruizing Image piston rings. New cam chain , new cam chain rubber guides. Paint on tank, headlight bucket, and fork ears is OEM. Superbike style handlebars with bar end mirrors. Oh, and BTW its FOR SALE.

Can you post some more details/pics of what you did at the exhaust header? Did that help keep the engine cooler?
Nevermind, saw the other thread.
Looks great.
