Help where does this part fit

Hi part 90387-10092-00 a round collar like a small shouldered spacer where does it fit on the engine and also the 50 pence size rubber plug where does that fit on the crank cases please 
Also my engine has an adjustable balancer shaft where Yamaha suggest closing an oil way near the bearing with a rubber  bung and glue this hasn't been done on mine is this a concern I don't see it being drastic myself

Collar 90387-10092-00 is called out as part 21 in the schematic (11 o' clock position).

The small rubber bung blocks the oil path to the LHS needle bearing of the old style #2 balancer shaft. The needle bearing has been removed in the course of the adjustable shaft update. The bung blocks oil flow (no oil needed as the adjustable shaft #2 is stationary) and may yield more oil flow somewhere else. The updated #2 weight is lubricated through the adjustable shaft from the right hand side bearing.
