Looking for a good sprocket size combination for some city riding, but looking to keep the RPM's down when riding on the highway.
I would like to be able to cruise at 80mph for a good amount of time without running the RPM's high.
Any suggestions would be great - I know someone out there has put some time into testing this.

Hi, My set up is 17 tooths sproket on the engine and 34 on the rear Wheel. When I am driving 60 mph i have 3000 rev, in 80 mph you will have approx.4000 rev.

With 34 teeth on the rear sprocket i mean that i have 54 mph at 7000 rpm in first gear. Idle rpm 1000 rev. will then give a speed in first gear at approx 7 mph.
