I know how easy air filters are to find for these bikes;) so was wondering what anyone with pods is running ?and i know this is a new sit so maybe we could make this a sticky?thanks

I have mine noted down somewhere, I'm out of town for a bit, but I'm back early September and I'll try to remember to dig it up. I also have a modified exhaust, which I actually did to match the jetting a little better as it was pretty bad when I got it.

A note on pod filters:If you are in the market for pod filters for your TX, be sure to stray away from the Emgo pod filters. The way they are designed will block your intake ports on the carbs. You can modify and shave the rubber down, but you might as well purchase correct filters the first time around. I made this mistake, just trying to save others the hassle. I ended up buying these from MikesXS: www.mikesxs.net/product/15-0033.html(The only "blemish" on the filters is the stamped logo on the filter is either painted or unpainted.)

Thank you patdee I'maware of the emco's.I'm a regular on vn750.com and a few guys there have had issurs.i like k&n myself .

I used the dual Triumph filters in the stock airbox as mentioned in the archive from Toby's site. They seem to work well and weren't that hard to do, or that expensive.

Vanis what mmuffler mods did ya do?mine has aftermarket muffs with removable baffles and i notice one rusted in half.pulled the back right offa it.lol.how do they run with no baffles?
