Hello my name Jeff I was recently turned on to this forum....just what I've been looking for. Live in Phoenix, Arizona, I had a Tx750 along time ago.....younger man... Now am a lil older...just want to get back into the 750's. I picked 1 up about 3 years.... and have beentinkering here and there. Would enjoy meeting up with other TX750 guy's/ gal's too !!! I'm interested talking to members on ways to keep them running !!! I've posted a picture of my bike...when I got it. Looking forward to be apart of the TX forum. Take care. Jeff

Your bike looks like it's in great physical shape, I envy the Phoenix weather for the lack of rust on bikes and cars. The paint on your tank and side cover is nicely faded, similar to mine. I love it when bikes look their age!

Had another run on the TX today. Not smoking as much as it did. Not sure the motor sounds too good.

Rasputin, what sort of mufflers are you using on your bike? Mine could be a bro too: At the moment it`s at this stage though:

Hi Scrambler. In the photo I have used some replica Dunstable megaphones connected with a piece of stainless flexible pipe. When I got the bike the mufflers were long gone. Since then I have fitted a pair of Triumph Thruxton silencers, "I use the term silencers very loosely". I used these because the original silencers were very long, and the Thruxtons are about the same length when fitted with the flexi.
