I have one of Argo's units and a spare rotor to install it on and won't need it since I've sold the TX Hi, Ive tried contacting Argo, to date I have not had a reply. I'm getting on a bit in years and find my TX a little difficult to kick over now. My starter clutch is toast, so don't suppose you still have yours for sale?

Tis about the clutch that starts the engine, not the clutch used for gear change.HTH

Ive had "sprag clutch" starter problems myself, I have been unsuccessful in contacting Argo. I am considering manufacturing these "sprag clutch" conversions here in the UK. So I am 'dipping my toe in the water' to see if there is any interest?

However, he can no longer be reached. In the meantime, we have found an alternative, but it does not include screws. Does anyone know where to buy the special screws that Argo used. They cannot to be found on the entire internet. Volker" I remember reading somewhere that the screws were custom made. Maybe these are suitable alternatives, as long as the tensile stress specification is adequate (I'm not sure about tensile stress for stainless steel). www.pts-uk.com/products/machine-screws/hexalobular-raised-countersunk-machine-screws-iso14584/metric-a2/A145840825us.misumi-ec.com/vona2/detail/221005017446/accu-components.com/us/raised-torx-countersunk-screws/639474-SHRK-M8-25-A2
