Guys,
I've got one very small oil leak from my TX750 that is driving me nuts.
I've got at least one bolt on the low-side (when parked on the kickstand) that shows an accumulation of oil and drips when left sitting for a period of time.
This bike has the oil pan spacer, new gaskets, and gasket sealer.
When done riding, I've kept a drip pan handy in my shop to slide under the bike.
I have not gone to the extreme of using RTV silicone or anything heavy to seal this - I would rather solve the issue than try patching it.

Pardee, It might be a good idea to add copper washers underneath the bolts that are leaking?

Is your leak from the oil pan cover or from a casing bot. I have a leak a couple of casing bolts. I have tried rvt, sealing washers, but not the copper washers.
Pardee have you used copper washers to cure leaks?

I have not used the copper washers yet.
I plan on troubleshooting this deeper this Fall.
While I have it down for maintenance this Winter, the front sprocket seal and shifter are being replaced.

Taking a smarter approach - dye in the oil to find the actual culprit of the leak.

Smart! What sort of dye are you planning to use?
