My diaphragms were getting brittle and there was heavy and uneven resistance especially when the slide first starts rising. Purchased 2 x M-77 for a grand total of $47.00 shipped jbmindustries.com/Installation was piece of cake. There is no index on these so have to make sure you mark the slide when removing and reinstall using mark of some sort. Cut off both plastic rings with wire cutter and the new ones fit right on nice and snug. The seal at the top is much better also, tops of these are bit thicker. Finger test shows great improvement, hopefully solves the running issue, will see tomorrow. Too late to fire her up

Just considering ordering these diaphrams. Might you give me your feed back on performance before and after you installed these.

Unfortunately these didn't solve my issues so no idea how they perform. Even if the bike was running I wouldn't be able to make a comparison as the last time I had it on the road was 7 years ago.
Hoping this winter will get back into the garage a bit and revive her.
