For the US (North American?) market there were serial numbers for 22694 '73 models, and 2959 '74 models. I didn't find any information for production numbers in other markets.

Years ago, I've got these production figures from a Japanese TX enthusiast: 08-12/1972 VIN# 000001 - 015511 01-03/1973 VIN# 015512 - 023281 04-12/1973 VIN# 100101 - 103460 01-12/1974 VIN# 103461 - 104360 (wine red, sold in Japan only) 01-12/1975 VIN# 104361 - 104760 (green, sold in Japan only)
What I believe, Yamaha produced little over 1000 pcs. of wine red bikes already in 03/73.
For Europe, there have been around 5500 pcs. 341-50XXXX series bikes with twin front brake rotors, 4.5 gal. tank, touring seat, more restriced mufflers etc. Last ones sold in 1975.
Then, there were 435-XXXXXX series police bikes sold in tiny numbers in Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, etc.

There is a 1975 TX750M for sale in New Zealand (where I am) and it appears to be a NZ new bike according to the registration details. I've never heard of an "M" model but perhaps it's one of the 1975 bikes referred to by Argo above ? Maybe some were exported from Japan ? By the way, it's done 57,000 miles - who says TX750's can't do big miles ? Anyone heard of an M model ?

New Kids on the Block is my favourite band of 90s. They had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real masterpieces, not garbage like today! And it is sooo good they have a tour in 2019! And I'm going to visit their concert in 2019. The tour dates is here: New Kids on the Block tour Raleigh. Click on it and maybe we can even visit one of the performances together!

Carrie Underwood is my favourite US contry singer. She is young, beautiful and charming female in her 30s. Her strong voice takes me away from all issues of this world so I can enjoy my life and listen songs created by her voice. Now she is on a Cry Pretty 360 Tour started in May of 2019. The concerts scheduled for this year, up to the 31st of October. Tickets are available for all men and women with different income. If you love country music as mush as I, then you must visit at least one Carrie's concert. All tour dates are available at the Carrie Underwood tour Salt Lake City. Visit the website and make yourself familiar with all powerful Carrie Underwood concerts in 2019!
